i currently hold a students visa (F1). Me and my boyfriend of over 1 year are planning to marry in the united states. is it possible for him to apply a k3 visa for me or should he just petition for immigrant status immediately? Is it okay to have a students visa changed to a k3 visa? we really need help... thanks!
