I-129F Picture requirement (3/4 or complete front view)

Hi,
I had a question regarding the pictures needed for I-129F forms.

In the instructions in the form they ask for 3/4 frontal view, but based on the information in immihelp, since 2004 all pictures should be full view. Would you know which one is the corect format.
