K1-Visa Hardships?

Has anyone here experienced any hardships in obtaining a k1 visa? The reason I am asking this is because I'm debating on hiring an attorney. Would any of you think of this as a requirement for this process?

Do Not Spend Money Untill You Really Have To. Go To A Congressman Office. They Have Free Immigration Help And They Can Provide You An Immigration Officer That Can Take A Look At Your Case And Tell You What Is Best For You To Do. Please Do That Before You Waste Money. Some Times Lawers Take Your Money And Do Nothing For You. All What You Get Is An " Am Sorry". But, It's Your Call. My Advise Is To Try That First. Good Luck.
