To Whom It May Concern,
I live in Tampa, FL and I've recently married and trying apply for K-3 Fiance visa already being a US Citizen. My wife lives in Karachi Pakistan. I have a few questions if someone could repond to me. I was looking up information and would like to confirm what I've read. As well as recieve information on cost and how long the process will take.
As I understand, we should apply for a K-3 visa (the I 130, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act I 864, and G 325A for both of us - which office do we send it to?), then a copy of this I-797, along with a Form I-129F to: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services P.O. Box 7218 Chicago, IL 60680-7218. Do I need to again send the G 325A form with the I-129F which I read some where on your website or it will only needed for I-130 form? I am sort of confuse and need your assistance on that. Also do i need to send FC-029 form refer on your website or is it optional. What about Alien Registration card what is that as I only have the Naturalization certificate that I can show being a US citizen?
Now the next question is would it be quickest way to bring my spouse to US and then file for I-485 adjustment of status or would I go for consular processing by applying immigrant visa. I had filed adjustment of status for y parents last year and it took less then one year to have their green card approved. Would the fiance also fall in the same category if I choose to go for K-3 visa based on the processing time for Tampa, FL? Would she able to get the advance parole if she like to travel during the adjustment of status proceeding?
Thank you for all your help!
