Next step after I 130 approved

Hi immihelp team and members,

My sis is married to an US citizen..they filed her I 129 and 130 together out of which the 130 got approved..
now can you pls let me know what is the next step ahead...Is there anything that my sis needs to do from her side?or is there any other applications that her husband need to file now?or she has to just wait to hear from the consulate.
and how many months does it usually take to hear from the consulate?
pls help me out as there is some clarity lacking in the issue.
