My wife (who had been in U.S.A. from 1999 to 2005) has been requested to provide a POLICE CERTIFICATES for her to get a visa to enter U.S.A. again.

Do my wife (in China now) need to provide a POLICE CERTIFICATES to cover the time when she was in U.S.A.?
