When should I file?

Well here's the situation, Me and my Fiance plan on marrying this June. She's not yet 18 (april 14th) and I was just wondering when I should start my application process? Well I'm just trying to get it done and am wondering if I can start now.

May 14th-Application sent.

If she is 18 when the application is approved it won't hurt to get a slight jump
