    Hi.
    I am from Dominican Republic, I am on a waiting list to obtain a k1 visa, in this country its taking around 1 year and 3 month to have an Interview at this consualte , so we decided not to wait that amount of time and got marry. He already filled a I-130 file, and sent it. I want to know what would happen in this case.
