We submitted all the forms and evidence for the AOS and EAD, and then got RFE notice. We're now working on getting everything together that was requested in the RFE.
We were just wondering, does anyone ever get the AOS and/or EAD denied, and if so, what can be done then (re-apply?)? Also, has anyone ever heard about anyone getting sent out of the country once they are here (on a K-1) and married (within the 90 days)? I mean for anything other than leaving the country on their own (without advance parole), or something like that.
Sorry - just a little paranoid from all the red tape!
