Denied for California driver's license. Help>>>

Hi guys,

I entered the US with a KI visa and already secured my SSN. I got married few weeks ago and received my Marriage Certificate and Ive already sent my appplication for AOS( I-485). I already received the receipt notice of AOS from USCIS and I have a schedule for my biometrics. I tried to apply for a Driver's license but I was refused to have one because they said (DMV people) that my validity of stay in the US is less than 60 days (to expiration of my KI visa-90 days). And they want me to show them my adjusted status. Since Im still waiting for my adjustment of status, is there any other best way for me to secure a driver's license?

i came to the State With a K-1 Visa and i Have also 90 Days and i did Married and have my licence drive Now i Was Apply in Pennsylvania and they Asked me about my i-94 in my passeport and my visa and Marriage record that i ordered from the Court and i did apply for my learners permit and after some Days i passed my test and hade my licence Drive

Just try getting a driver's permit and use it for a while till you are eligible to apply for a driver's license.
