I got married my wife in last September after she received her K-1 Visa in June. Her two children also received K-2 visa when she got her K-1 visa last year but they didn't accompany with her when she entered USA.
My wife and I just came her home conuntry a couple days ago to take her children to USA. However we found out their visa expiration date is Dec 2006 just like my wife's. It is only 6 months. I believe that her children have one year of time limit to enter USA. I wonder their visa expiration date should be same with their mom's because their visa issued based on their mom's visa. Do they have any problems to enter USA with their current visa shown exp date Dec 2006?
