i am very confuse from this point on i need anyone help!!!!!!!!!!!!

my fiance first appointment is on this coming tuesday april 10, 2007. what should we prepare all the documnets in the order of.


what type of questions do they ask?
what is visa appointmet?
how long do we have to wait for visa interview?

I dont know if you already have sent the petition to USCIS, if she has a visa appointment to me it seems a interview date. Explain me more please

This package is for K1 (try to find her american consulate, usually they have the complet package on the site)
Here is some documents she will need to bring to interview:

DS 156

DS 156k

DS 157

DS 230 part II (because part I she s sent)

Affidavit of support I-134 (notarized and above of poverty guideline)

A copy of Aproval Notice (NOA) you received

Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance and your continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form. This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F

FS 257A

I-129F (a copye of the entire I-129F that you made when you sent the petition to USCIS)
Some proof of relationship as photos together, travel documents, emails, letters etc...

hi.. im also waiting to receive packet 3. i wonder how come your fiance got her first appointment is she didn't receive the packet 3 yet? yeah explain more lol so the experienced ones can help you.

have u went through fiance visa process? could you also check my post re documents before receiving packet 3. i wonder if the DS 230 necessary? the actual packet 3 didn't mention about this form.
