denied a k1 visa?

Has anyone been denied a k1 visa?
If so what reason did they have?
What did you do after that?

my was just returned to vermont to get reviewed. i have been waiting 5 months already and nothing happens yet. if your was totally denied, i hear that you can always appeal again for another interview. if you get another interview, you need to bring as much evidence as possible. if you go to /us-visa-and-immigration-forms/ you can print out the form and appeal. it cost $385.00 to do that process again.
i don't know why they denied you, but if it was because not enough evidence you might have another chance to get it. i don't know if i gave you what you wanted to know. because you didn't write much details.
