Money Order for Visa

Ok....have all paperwork finished, copied and noterized...going to send today....question....can the Money Order be a check issued by my Bank, or does it have to be one from a special location. They mention a special Bank, and give a India address.....wth...I am in the USA. Can anyone give info on this? I am sending in a K-1 Fiance Visa app....and the fee is 190 US dollars, it is sent to the Nebraska Office, but, to whom or what do I make it out to?
I wanted to Fed-X the package to the USCIS office in Nebreaka, but all I have for an address is a PO Box and Fed-X does not deliver to a mPO Box, so how will I have any way of knowing IF they recieved it?...Damn this is frustrating...My Finace is in the Philippines.....I asked her if she could use a Mexican accent....they come in by the thousands every day and use no Visa! Any help would be great, Thanks....

When i sent in my fiance visa i just got a money order from the post office. The fee is $170 not $190. Just make it out to the Department of Homeland Security. I did it that way and everything went fine. As far as knowing if it got there..the only way you can really know is when they send you a notice stating that they have recieved it. You should get that within a week or so. The best thing to do is go to the uscis.gov website and look at the instructions. Just look under immigration forms. Hope this helps!

you dont need to fill anythin gin 1b . and you can send it thru USPS because you dont have any choice . po box belongs to them. and you can get the recipt from USPS for ur records.

When I sent our information in, I sent it registered mail and made sure I got a certified return receipt. It worked and I got the verfication back within two weeks of it being delivered.
