We´re gonna send the I-129F in a few weeks so I guess I´ll have my interview in Frankfurt at the end of this year. My fiance is deployed right now and he´ll be in Germany for his leave this summer/autumn... Can we get the I-134 notarized on post when he´s here in Germany... How long is it valid? If I´ll have my interview next year do you think the notarized I-134 is still valid up to 6 months?!

If you or he is american go to american consulate in German to notarize this. I have heard that it has the valid for 3 months. But if you two go together to the interview you will have the chance to notarize the affidavit there, if one of two is the sponsor.

My fiance is US citizen and yes, he is my sponsor... but he can´t go to the interview with me ´cause he´s currently in Iraq And that´s the problem... He´ll be here in Germany for his leave in August and we´ll get the affidavit of support notarized. But I wont have my interview before January so I just hope that a statement that my finace is deployed right now, is enough proof, that we can´t get it notarized 3 months before my interview?!
