I have a question regarding the visa process after approval of the I-129F. My fiance was recently anulled and we're in the process of trying to get all the needed documents together while waiting for the packet to be sent. We aren't sure whether all the documents will now require her maiden name or will they accept the existing docs with her married name listed. Has anyone had any experience with this issue or know the answer to this problem?
