I came across this post in the processing time thread:
"Look I don't know about others, but mine took only 7 weeks. I applied in May 2006 and I got it approved in July 2006. The only thing I can tell you is that we wrote an email to the district representative, to speed up the process."
So in this email to the district rep what would you include? Any help would be appreciated.
