I just have a question about the packets everyone is talking about I am here in the US and my husband is in Nigeria. I filed the I-130 and the I-129F and they are pending I have not got an approval yet. My question is will I get the same packets he does so we can go over them together and fill them out or will he just get the packets in Nigeria?

Some consulates are differents between theirs, but usually who receives the package 3/4 is the foreingh fiance/fiancee. Try to have this information in consulate site of his country. Until now I have met only foreign person that received the packages.

04/24/2007 interview date
04/24/2007 visa aproved!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
I agree, it's the foreign fiance(e)s/husbands who receive packets 3 and 4. But all the forms are available for download on the internet as well, so you could download them and fill them out to help him with all the paperwork
