My fiance is in UK, and her I-129F petition is already approved. Since she is in school, and needs to be there until the end of October... she wants to visit me in the summer. Is it possible for her to obtain and travel on a B-2 for now, then go back to UK to complete her studies, and then later return on the fiance visa to get married?
We have no problems getting married tomorrow but her inability to leave US without parole is the barrier since she needs to finish off school. Therefore, obtaining a B-2 seems to be the only option for her to visit during summer.
Any suggestions/advice would be much appreciated.
