Hi Friends.
My Fiance And I Had Our Interview Six Month Ago In The Dominican Republic. The Lady Who Interviewed Us Didn't Believe That Our Relationship Was Real. This Is A Relationship That Started In 2001. In 2004 I Became An Us Citizen And In 2005 I Sent My Petition (i129f) It Was The Fastest Way To Bring The One You Love To This Country At That Time.
The Lady Denied Us The Visa Because She Said We Did Not Have Enough Evidence. I Brought Pictures, phone Bills, Leters, reciets Of Money I Sent Her, My Old And New Passports So She Could See That I Travel Every Year To See Her. She Only Wanted To Ask Questions And She Ignored My Evidence. She Asked About 100 Questions And Contradicted About 80 Of Our Answers. The Denied The Visa Under Section 221g
Right Now My Case Is In Vermont. It's Been There For Six Months And There Is Not Way I Can Contact Them. When I Call The Uscis, They Often Give Me Wrong Information About My Case And They Contradict Themselves Verymuch. This Situation Is Driving Me Crazy And I Have Spent Most Of My Savings In It. I Have Seen Lawyers, congressman, immigration Specialists And Nothing Seems To Work. I Believe That Something Has Been Mishandle In This Process. I Have Also Heard That There Are A Lot Of Corruptions In That Embassy In The Dominican Republic And In Many Others Embassies.
Please, If Anyone Can Give Me An Idea On How I Can Work This Out, It Would Be Strongly Apreciated.
Thanks.
