Categories under EB2 and EB 3

Hi there,

I am a Network Engineer by profession and work for a huge Telecom as a contractor. I have a masters from the US and want to apply for LC under EB2 since it s faster and from pakistan too..My lawyer's assistant informed me that Network engineers does not fall under EB 2 and that they fall under EB 3. Can anyone advise me if this is true and send me a link that says what categories fall under E2 or EB 3 please...
