Hi Friends.
I Got Denied A K1 Visa Under Section 221g, Accordind To Embassy, I Did Not Bring Them Enough Evidence. My Lawyer Said That I Brought Them More Than Enough. He Also Said That My Bigest Mistake Was To Go With My Fiance To The Interview. He Said That When They See That Both Go To The Interview, That's When They Start Asking Hundreds Of Questions. If You Fail One, That's Enough Reason For Them To Deny.
On The Other Hand, I Just Heard That When Your Case Gets Denied Under 221g, And They Give You The Yellow Paper, It Is Like If Your Case Is Done. I Heard That You Can Not Appeal It. Is That True?.... If So, The Lady Who Interviewed Us Lied. She Told Us That We Have One Year To Appeal. If We Don't, That's When It Gets Closed. When I Went To A Lawyer, He Told Me That I Can Not Appeal Until They Send Me The Results From The Administration Or From The Investigation. I Don't Know What Is Happening, The U S C I S. Told Me That In 128 Days They Would Give Me An Answer. Right Now It's Been Like 200 Days And Nothing Happens. I Am Also Thinking That If Travel Now To Get Married, They Might Send Me Some Document And I Would Be Out Of The Country. If That Happens, It Would Make It More Complicated.
Can Any One Tell Me What Would Be The Best Thing To Do?
I Would Apreciate It. Thanks ..
