I've submitted I-129F on early April 2007.
I received I-797C NOA on April 14, 2007 for Receipt Notice and on May 2 another I-797 for Approval Notice.
May 9, 2007 I received a letter from NVC confirmming they received an Approved I-129F, with Case # and INS Receipt #. In the letter they said that within 1 week the will forward to Consulate General where my fiance country.
Until now I haven't heard anything from them at all. I try to call NVC to find out, I assumed that because they issued Case#, therefore must be in their system, but all I'm getting answered from them is NVC didnot receive or I entered the wrong Case#.
Can anyone has the same situations with me or that's the way they handle?
Thanks. Anh
