I-485 question, please help

hi everyone! I needed help so bad about my I-485 application. I came here in the States as a fiancee and my wife and I got married 2 days after I came. I submitted my I-485 package of September of last year hten it was transferred to California. I have no idea why my case is taking so long. It's been 9 months. Does anybody know if form I-130 should be filed in conjunction with I-485 although I came here as a fiancee and we got married within 90 days? I did not think it was necessary but then this might be the reason why my application is taking a while. I dont know if I need to submit I-130 right now or what.

Usually the K-1 people whose AOS was transferred to the CSC are approved really quickly and without an interview.

Of course there are always exceptions to that rule.....I was one of them as well

Everybody else was approved within weeks or at least within a couple of months of their transfer, whereas I was waiting and waiting.....

I waited for 180 days after the transfer and then called USCIS and asked them to do an inquiry to find out why it was taking so long (they had told me earlierthat I would have to wait 180 days before they could do anything).

What can I say.....the Greencard came 2 weeks later (9 months after filing for AOS)

So, if it has also already been 180 days since your transfer, then give USCIS a call, it won't hurt
