    Can you apply for K-3 while on C1/D in U.S.?

    Please help. I am a U.S. citizen. I was married a month ago in Bosnia to a Bosnian citizen. I am back home in the U.S. he is now working on a ship for Carnival Cruise lines in and out of U.S. ports on a C1/D visa. Can I apply for his K-3 and/or green card while he is in the U.S. or does he have to go back to Bosnia and wait for all processing?

    What do you mean the I-485 supplement? What is the $1000 penalty in regards to?

      C1/d Status Change?

      I thought that on a C1/D "crewmans visa" you could not apply for status change. Is there something I have missed?
