hi . I am going to apply for Fiance visa to my fiance.I will have my Naturalization ceremony on july 20. I would like to apply before july 30 to save the highet incresse of immigration fee. but before july 30, i will not get my passport. IS only nauralization certicate is enough for the proof of citizenship or have to subit passport too. Pls reply me. Thanks
