k1 visa help

can anyone please help me with information...
im now back in the states.i have been in the philippines for 4yrs for college.thats how i meet my girlfriend/fiance over there.
so im planning to file a k1 visa petition.what should i do?what are the process that i will go through?i have been reading the forums and threads in this site and i am still confuse.can anyone help me and go through the process,possible step by step...please
