need information and help for k1 visa

i am about to start my fiance visa petition this month because i wanna try to submit it before the end of the month to avoid paying the 450 dollars fee that it has been increase to.
my question is about the G-325A biographic information.it needs a signature form my fiance.but if i send her the form or have her download it and mail it to me from the Philippines will take some time.
So is it really necessary and important that she signs her part of the form.i can fill up all the necessary information need on the form.
can i just fill up the form without her signature and mail it in.would they still accept it?

pictures required?

for the pictures that need to be send,what kind is it.because i have read some that states facing front and others 3/4 side view.which one is it really?
i was looking at the I-134 affidavit of support it expired 04-30-07.will this still be the one use?
