A US Citizen residing in Ireland. Married a woman in Ireland 2 years ago. Now getting a job transfer to the states. Have already filed the i-130 at the Dublin Consulate (April.) Waiting to receive the packet, but after faxing them, received a phone msg stating that it is "in the mail." Question...Can I file a K-3 so wife can live with me in U.S. while the i-130 is processed in Dublin? I wasn't sure if I read that correctly in a reply written to a previous questioner. We just don't want to have to live separately while the i-130 processes. Any advice or suggestions?

QUOTE FROM A PREVIOUS QUESTION: Also, if you are a U.S. Citizen, and would like for your spouse to enter into the U.S. while your I-130 is pending review with a USCIS Service Center, you can have him enter the U.S. under a K3 visa. (Only for the spouse of a U.S. Citizen that is residing abroad, waiting for USCIS to approve their I-130 petition. The I-130 MUST be pending in order for your spouse to qualify for a K3 visa).
