i am a pinoy but became a US citizen through the child citizenship act of 2000.my mother is a naturalized citizen.im filling for my fiance,k-1 visa.
first,my only proof of American citizenship is my passport.will this be enough to prove and petition my fiance?
second,i have been in the Philippines for college for 4yrs since 2003 of January to April of this year.
and i have been working since the 14th of may.when i file my tax returns this coming new year,i will only have work 7 1/2 weeks.i gross about $2000 a month.i know that i have to meet the poverty line income requirement of $17000 a year. will this be enough to show support?
3rd,what does it mean household size?there are 3 of us living in one house.we all have jobs and are filing taxes separately.i ask this because i wanna know if my mom can be use a co-sponsor.
