I have a question, my Fiancee was approved and she is coming to US. now they said she has 90 days to marry me. I would like to know is the 90 days when she moves to US or when she got her visa approved? Because she was to stay in japan a little longer and then fly to her country to be with her family for 2months.

It doesn't seem fair I know, they make you wait and wait , you can't make any travel arrangements, and then you finally get approved and have to drop everything, get on a plane and go get married. They should make it 6 months minimum instead of the 90 days. Goodluck

It would be more fair if it were 6 months and 6 months instead of 6 months and 90 days. You dont have to use the whole 6 months , but it would be nice to have it if you need it.
(By the way, I got married 16 days after entry.....)
