what is an optional form 194?
i would like to know if that is an older version of the 221(g). or what it is. my fiance' got that when he went for his interview in morocco. the paper is in english but the part that is marked is in french. where it is optional form 194 next to it says rev. 4-91. i can understand some of the french words but i dont read french. the part that i can read says procedure administrative and contact by phone. i have been told that this is like a 221(g) and i was also told that it was a refusal. they should have told him more about this form.
