I've received packet 3 today from HCMC, Vietnam.
I really dont understand about the followings, please help me.
1. Do I have to translate my Birth certificate, Police Certificate from vn to english then notary public?
2. Meantimes can I go to medical exam now or have to wait until I get packet 4?
3. Only DS-230 part 1 and check list to be returned at this time for being interview?
I'm really confused, please help, especially for those have been went thru thought HCMC. Thank you
