    Green card

As you are already in US you can marry your boyfriend and apply for adjustment of status in US itself without leaving to your home country. You can file Green card family based. You need to file form I-130 and other required documents with the petition. Your proof of marriage, eg: mariage photographs, marriage certificate, album, your husband documents relating his Green Card etc.

You will have to go back to your home country to wait for this visa. Immediate visa numbers are only available to you if he was a US Citizen. Greencard = IR Visa . Plus J1 visa holders are not eligible to file the I-485 adjustment of Status petition. I dont know why anjelo told you that you can file adjustment of status, i wish people would not give advice on here if they dont really know all the rules and regulations . Your only other alternative is if your boyfriend can become a citizen and then marry you. Then you would be able to file the I-130 and I-485 at the same time and get a greencard a lot faster.

What about V Visa? I don`t really know much about it,but there is a visa which is can be given to spouse of Green Card holder,am I right?

            Thank you for you answers.
It looks like I have no much chances to be with my boy-friend as a wife!
I will look for another opportunities.

You will look for another opportunities? you mean another boyfriend who is an US Citizen?

Your best bet is to remain in status and have him file I-130 for you after the two of you get married. Wait for his citizenship, then you will be able to adjust status. There is not another way.
