i had an interview for a K3
visa,and they told me that they gonna send the papers back to Department of Homeland Security for reconsideration,i think she was doubting on the validity of our marriage,as my husband has been married before,and she was asking me about the divorvce paper which she should have from NVC. Now i would like to know how long does this procedure last approximately,as this is being very stressed for me and my husband waiting after this long time,we love each-other and we want to be tagather as soon as possible.
if you would have an answer i really would appreciate it.
