Hi everyone the question I have is that I do not make enough for the poverty guildlines. For a family of 3 I have to make $21,462, but I only make about $20,540 but if they look at my gross year to date I make about $21,511. I dont know if they look at the gross or just my latter of employment. If I cant use my tax forms for this year can I bring my check stubs as well? If they do just look at the employment letter than my dad will be my co-sponsor. But I hope someone can help me please!

You can use today's estimated income if you bring an employment letter and the pay stubs for the last 3 months.
They look at your Gross income (before taxes).Disclaimer: The information you obtain from me at this forum is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. You should consult an attorney for individual advice regarding your own situation.

The I-134 only requires 100% with respect to the poverty guidelines.
The I-864 requires 125%.
