    I have problem and i want your help
    I ‘m Moroccan woman 36 years old and I live morocco I know some one from usa he is citizen and he is divorced like me and he has 5 kids I know him just in internet from 2005 until now I see him every day and we chat every day and i have e mails from him and he has e mails from me from the time i know him and we made plan that he will come to morocco to visit me and make finacée party and after he will ask for me to go to usa but he has problem is one of his kids girl 14 years old is so sick she has depress so bad situation cause of the divorce and the leave of her mom so he want to come and must come until making pictures and asking for fiancée visa but now he can’t after long time of chating
    And her daughter goes to the doctor cause of her situation and the doctor told him he can’t let her daughter and go to morocco and his daughter is sick more than 1 year and no change
    So I want to ask you please if there is another way he can do it for me without coming to morocco and i want you to know I can’t have tourist visa because I don’t have good job no good salary ? or if he can ask for fiancée visa without he come to morocco ? wehave all email between us and all our conversation in chating

    He will have to visit Morrocco. If he absolutely can't visit, he should consult an immigration attorney in the US.

      Given the circumstances you've described, I think it's unlikely you'll be granted a fiancee visa. The consulate in Morocco is a "tough" overseas post from which to gain a fiance(e) visa.

      In light of the fact that you met your fiance through the Internet, you're likely to encounter more difficulty than others.

      Please note, you absolutely CANNOT receive a fiancee visa unless you've met your U.S. sponor ONCE in the two years prior to the date of filing.
