k1 and go back after 60 days

i would like to ask some questions regarding my problem, i have afriend who is currently applying for a job in the US, since she was able to get a k1 visa last year and go back to her our country, does the embassy still have to look at her ds 157 form when she apply for a new visa...will her k1 visa affetct her application on h1b visa?

a k-1 visa is a fiancee visa for the purpose of marrying an US citizen in this US. What happened to this?

What kind of visa does she plan on applying for now?
