  • Usembassies Under Investigation

Hi, I Heard Today That Some Usembassies Are Under Investigation For Some Posible Frauds. One Of Those That They Mention Is The Embassy That I Went To. I Know For Sure That Something Illegal Was Done To Me Or To My Case. If So, We Will Find Out Soon.
If Anyone Knows Anything About That News, Please Keep Us The Victims Informed. Thank You.

    investigation

Hi The One I Went Is In The Dominican Republic. The Department Of State Is Taking Action On That. What Happened Was That They Noticed That The Amount Of People Who Have Been Denied A Visa And Complained About The Process Is Greater Than The Amount Of People Who Have Been Given Visas.( So Far This Year There Were 45,000 Cases Already Denied, Thats More Than Double The Normal Avg.)
This Is Not A Rumor Like Many People May Say Or Write About In Here. This Was In The News And In The News Paper And In The Internet. Many Embassies Were Doing Things On Their Own Ways. Also No All The Blame Is On Them. Because There Are A Lot Of Aplicants Commiting Frauds Everyday. In The Other Hand, Some Of The Workers In Some Embassies Were Not Geting Paid For The Overtime They Worked And Therefore Anything Could Have Happened On Any Given Time And On Some Of The Embassies.
For Those Who Just Like Me, Think That Your Case Was Mishandle, Please Send Copy Of Everything You Have To The Mayor Office Fields Of Immigration And File A Complain. After A Complain Is Filed, They Would Give You An Unswer Or A Desition Within 120 Days.
    Send Your Copies To:
Washington Dc, To Where Your Case Is @ The Moment, To Nh, And To The Embassy That You Went To. That Is One Of The Cheapest And Fastest Way To Get Something Done. It Also Helps Improve This Process Which Is Not The Best Or The Fairest. Good Luck To Those Who Are Waiting For A Respond. Hopefully, Now It Seems To Geta Little Better After The Department Of State Is Taking Over Most Of The Administrative Work.
Good Luck And Please Keep Us Informed Of Any Info Or News About This Matter.
    Thank You.

Can you point us to some links in the papers, or such about this investigation?

Also Can You Please Not Capitalize The First Letter Of Every Word...? it is very distracting...

hahaha!!!!that sounded like a joke, but a lot of that is real. one thing i have learned IS,tha in order to come to US now a days, a person feels almost forced to lie. because that's what they like to see or hear how good of a lier you are. i was denied a case of fiance visa, having with her more than 5 years of relationship. i brought them more evidence than what they might were expecting. they didn't believe us and they returned my case to get reviewed. all that happened because i didn't lie and because i had nothing to lie about. they deny my case under section 221g and that form they left it blank because they found or had nothing to write in there. even my lawyer said that he has never seen something like that.
when we talk about corruption i think it's very wrong to say who are the most corrupted people, because in that roll every nationality, every country or continent has good people, some no too good and some very bad. when we talk about immigration sometimes it's all about luck. some people go there empty handed, no evidence , no even a picture and the interviewer don't ask them a single question or for any doc and they get their visas. sometimes it's all bout being lucky being at the right place at the right time.
