K1 Visa in Process... Can I change it to K3 or IR-1?

Hello-

Me: USA Citizen
Fiance/Wife: India Citizen

I got engaged with my fiance and I have filed for K1 Visa Application Process end of July 2007 (currently processing time is listed as 6 months - tentatively Jan 2007). I got the acknowledgment's letter and we are currently in Process. After this process started, I got married to her end of August in a small ceremony due to family stress.

Now, I am back to the USA. I am looking at the Processing times and it shows 6 months for processing the visa and get the K1 Visa approval.

Can I convert K1 into IR-1 or K3 at this point? What are my options? I would like her to get a Conditional Greencard upon entry if possible making things easy for us after her entry... Is there a way to get her into States with at most a 2 month wait time addition to where we are at?

a) Please suggest to me what the options are...
b) Any immigration lawyers that I can talk to as well for a fee?

yeah you can change it to K3 but you will be delaying ur process thats all but if you change it to K3 she will come with out no probably cuz its ur wife just show proof
