  • Question for previous I-129F petitioners

This question pertains only for the petitioning process and not the fiance(e)'s interview process.

Letters of intent to marry, petitioner and beneficiary

I have these two documents completed already. My Fiancee's letter of intent was prepared by her local lawyer and fairly well done.

#1 Do I really need evidence in support of our mutual intent to marry additional to the prepared letters of intent because I really don't have any. I have no pre-existing wedding plans. I live in Nevada so I can get married almost instantly.

#2 If additional supporting evidence is necessary what is a good example considering that I do not have any wedding invitations, etc.

Purchased wedding bands? purchased engagement ring? trip itinerary? offer on a house for you two to live together? etc.
