Ready to marry. What is the best solution? K1/ K3

Hi there

I'm 28, from the UK, and at the moment living in Paris. I am engaged to a man who lives in Dallas. He wants me to leave Paris as soon as posible to marry him and live in Dallas. I understand that i can't go to USA with a VW then marry. If i do i must leave and send petition. If i did that would it be likely that it would not be granted as i had marrried while in the states on a VW?
What is the best thing to do?

Go to the states with my VW, then apply for a fiancee visa while i'm in the states? Can i do that?
Then leave before 3 months.

ARGGGHHH

I'm going insane. I've trawled through pages and pages of internet and forums still with no avail.

Please please i need some help.

You CAN go to the US under VWP and get married and then go back to Paris and Apply for a K-3 visa.

Or You can apply for a K-1 visa and come to the US to get married and file for Adjustment of Status after you get married (best choice)
