processing time for NO2

Normally how long it take to get NO2 approval letter from USCIS for CSC. As i got my receipt letter at the end of July. When I will suppose to get my my approval letter. Thanks in advance for your help.

What Visa you are talking about K-3 or counselor processing? NOA2 approval for K-3 visa usually take 3-4 months and for counselor processing approx. 6-months at CSC but it all depends your spouse country of citizenship and current back-log.

I think NOA2, he/she specifies about I-129F approval.

Does I-129F approval time depend on both Petitioner's Service Center and Beneficiary's country ??? I am confused.
