I'm staying in B2 visa and need to change to F1 for studying. My sponsor need to fill out Affidavit of support form for me but he's not living in the USA. Does he need another form than I-134?
The 2nd provision in the I-134 form written: "That I am .... years of age and have resided in the United States since.....". Does it mean if my sponsor doesn't live in the USA, this form is not suite for him?
Please tell me what we need to do.
