amend an I 29F?
I just figured out that I did not file all the proper paperwork when I sent in the I29F form. I did not send the divorce papers, birth certificate and proof of meetings. The case was recieved on July 27th which means it has been only three months. Is there anyway to send the rest of the required paperwork before they look at it? Help!

Either send all missing documents with receipt notice (all photocopy only) or wait till they send you request for evidence (RFE) letter.

Just for everyones information I called the service center in CA this morning and they where no help at all. So I went down and mailed photo copies of everything I forgot to include the when I originally filled.
The way the customer service made things sound is they could not gaurentee it would all get in the right hands. I am afraid this is all going delay getting my fiancee to USA, and it breaks my heart!

I really hate to be the one to tell you this,but with all those missing documents,USCIS is going to probably laugh at you.Please understand that those are the most important documents needed when you apply for this type of visa.
If you are lucky,they will get in touch with you,and they will request all the missing information,which in turn it will delayed the process even more.
By not sending proof of your relanshionship,I would not be surprised if they denied your petition.There is nothing you can do at this point,until they get back to you and let you know their decision or request the missing information from you to process your petition.
