  • Planning On Filing I-130 Form (Help Needed)

It's been about 2 months since i've got married back in Kosovo, my wife is back home right now and It's time for me to file these forms.

Few questions I have for you guys..

    First of all..

    1. Can i fill out this form with ink? Whenever I fill it online with Acrobat Reader it leaves some black marks.

    2. When filing I-130, do i also file G-325? And when filing these documents what should I file with those documents, exp...a passport copy? passport pics? I just want to be sure, because wherever i read what i'm suppose to do..all of them are different.

    3. Since my parents are sponsoring me do i also send that form when filing I 130 or does that come lateR??

    Thank you....

      Planning On Filing I-30 Form

You can fill these forms by hand or typewriter as long as you use black ink.A copy of your passport is fine.If your parents are sponsoring you, send that form along with your other documents as well.

      Good Luck.
      God Bless.

        1) You can write by hand with blank ink.

        2) Following documents required with I-130 form:
        a) Proof of citizenship, i.e., if you are US citizen by birth then photocopy of the birth certificate, copy of naturalization certificate (if you obtain US citizenship through naturalization), copy of US passport.
        b) Copy of beneficiary birth certificate and copy of passport.
        c) Marriage certificate copy.
        d) divorce certificate of you and your spouse (if any)
        e) All four pages of your G-325A (not G-325) and your spouse separately.
        f) Photograph each of your and your spouse (check USCIS for specifications).
        g) Cover letter plus any other proof (like joint account, e-mails, etc) would be an added advantage.

        3) Later, after approval Notice of Action for I-130 to NVC (not to Service center where you sent I-130).

          Thanks alot guys,

also one question since my wife is not to fill out her G 325A by herself, can I fill it out for her and also sign it?

does that play a big role in approval??

          will it matter??

Take an immigration attorney help if she can not fill her own G-325A or any other form.
You can not sign a form intended for your spouse but you can help in filling out the form.
BIG ROLE, what are you talking about? It will deny.

                A) Is beneficiary's birth certificate needed during I-130 and I-129F filing ? Is the passport copy more than enough ???
                B) To prove the sponsor's U.S citizenship, both naturalization certificate and U.S passport copies are needed while filing I-130 and I-129F OR just naturalization certificate is enough ???

                Please reply. Thanks

Sorry to ask you this stupid question.

When I browsed through I-130, I-129F and G-325A forms for K3 visa in USCIS site, I haven't seen asking petitioner's or beneficiary's birth certificate copies. I haven't seen asking either beneficiary's passport copies too. Are they mandatory or nice-to-have docs ???

Can you please provide me the link to a web site where all the latest information is available for I-130 and I-129F details for K3 visa and necessary documents needed ?

Petitioner’s birth certificate or all pages of US citizen’s passport copies and/ or naturalization certificate required to establish citizenship. How you will prove beneficiary country of origin and birth date? Send as many as supporting documents to avoid RFE.
Somewhere I posted the links and you can also see that through this web-site home page or
