I'm a US Citizen with an American Passport of course.

I've got married for about 4 months now..

I have her all documents , birth certificate, our marriage certificate, her passport pictures, a copy of her passport, first 2 pages.

Now when I fill out the G 325A form i guess i will need her signature and thats all I need from her.

Petitioner’s birth certificate or all pages of US citizen’s passport copies and/ or naturalization certificate required to establish citizenship. How you will prove beneficiary country of origin and birth date? Send as many as supporting documents to avoid RFE.
Somewhere I posted the links and you can also see that through this web-site home page or

Fill it out on the computer, just the 1st page and all 4 pages are autofilled.

Each person has to fill out ONE g-325a form, which has 4 pages.

            One for you, 4 pages.

One for your wife, 4 pages.

If you fill it out on the computer, it fills them all as a copy of the 1st page and then just print it out.

You have to send Form G-325A with I-130 along with supporting documents photocopy. PratorianXI is right, fill out G-325A (it is 5-pages form that includes one page instruction) for yourself and your spouse SEPARATELY.

                      Dear illbaniankid,
Thanks for your private message where you said, “You are American citizen but not American?” What does it mean? Anyway, if you have acquire an American citizenship (family or employment based, does not matter) then your nationality is “American national” not the country from where you are immigrated. You are carrying American passport, right.
For next question (since im married over there what should i check dude..FIANCE VISA..? K3 VISA??). Please read the self-explanatory link, I posted yesterday.

Why do not you just printout the form and fill it up with blank ink by hand. It is simple.
