I see alot of great question on here from people and alot of people with great answers. I have a few questions that im not sure about. I married my beautiful caring colombian wife june 17, 2007. I filled out the I-130 and the g-325a and now have the receipt number. can anybody please tell me what forms i should prepare for next in order and when i should send in the next form? My wife is very intense and nervous about the interview when ever she gets it. she wanted me to ask anybody what papers she should bring with her and photos and anything else you believe will help us. She had heard someone she works with say she could come here while waiting for the interview. is that true? i told her i didnt believe it was but i told her if it was true it would be expensive to fly her here and back to colombia and then back to the usa again. any advise would be appriciated. everybody that answers everybody else question, you all ROCK!!. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HERE. I HOPE IN TIME I CAN HELP SOMEONE NEEDED IT TOO.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH,

I can only answer half of your question. As far as coming to the USA while she's waiting for her interview won't be that easy, because of the simple reason that she needs to obtained a B-1/ B-2 visitor visa to enter the USA.
This type of visas are very hard to get if not almost impossible sometimes, specially coming from places like Colombia and some other countries which don't have visa waivers.
She needs to proof to the satisfaction of the consular that she has strong ties to return to Colombia, like a Job,rental receipts, properties or if she is a student there, money in the bank and money to support herself while she is in USA.
Believe me I have tried to do that to bring my fiancee to USA,and she was denied right on the spot.
You can sent an invitation letter to sponsor her,but your success on her obtaining the visa will be about 5%. if all the requirements are not met,she will be denied,no question about it.That is how tough it is obtaining this type of visa.Another thing,if you are already married to her, that would make things more difficult still.
    Good luck.
    God bless.
