please help me i got this forms from mywife I-130 , I-539 , G325A , I-864 , I-693

my wife is from usa as my wife said she already send the forms i-130 and
i-129f and still waiting for the reply from uscis
can we check this forms status now?
help me about necessarry details for mywife to do and for me to do
i got the forms by post mail at our home address from mywife home address she said to fill out and send back to her
this are the forms I-130 , I-539 , G325A , I-864 , I-693.
now iam not understanding what is the situations please help me out
after receiving this forms from my wife i dont think its a k3 process
then what is this forms for
with this I-693 form i should go for the medical now?
