hey, please i want to ask about the K3visa what they bring with them for the interview i m kind of worry about my husband they didnt send for him the paper yet and he wants to be ready.. so please can u tell me which papers he needs to fix from now, like, hight school diploma, college diploma,training course ... and is inmportent to get and to do when he will be in front of the offecer

its me again, i stayed with my husband for more than 10 months actually i knew him for like the begining of 2006 and i travel to his country and i stayed there with him for last year 2006 for one month than after this we get married in january2007 and this is this 10mounths so for him as i read he needs evedince that i know him and i was with him all of this , so u think that all this mounths with him we ll be enoughs with pictures same bank account and some other things..plus i get when i was in his country a licence like kind of visa that i need ro renew it every year so his country can let stay there over than 3 mounths

Are you still in his country or are you back in USA? Are you a USA citizen? Obviosly you are,I just want to be sure before I write my post.

Well,even known my case was different,because my petition for the k-1 fiancee visa was approved here in USA,with no problems,but at the consular interview my fiancee had some problems answering some of the "trick questions",the questions they may asked him,obviously would be a little different,because the two of you are already married.
At these interviews,questions as far as your relanshionship is concerned,could be almost about anything.
How and where you guys met,how long do you know each other,when did he proposed,where and when you were married, name of your brothers and sisters if you have any,their ages,what do you do for a living,address,name and phone number of your work place,what is your position there,name and ages of your kids,if any,when was the last time you two saw each other,your e-mail address if any,how do you communicate,If by phone,how many times a week,your address and phone numbers,if a ring was given,when was it purchased,they may ask about your hobbies,things you may or not may like,your favorite food,color,etc.
My advise would be to learn as much as you can about each other.This is the most important part of a visa being approved,deny or rejected.
It would be almost impossible for me to name,or know all the questions they may ask him at his interview,but I am just trying to give you an idea on what to expect.

I am sure maybe some other members of this forum,would probably be more than glad,to give you more advise,regarding these interviews at the consulates.

thank u so much for ur advices.As i said before i stayed with my husband almost one year, we lived in the house of his parents in our own room its was so great and lovely "his family" they are now my family they made me like their daugther really it was the happines time in my life beeing with my husband and his lovely family.we share alot of stuff together i hope that he ll not have no prob about anything plzzzzz GOD please.

i forget to tell because i though its not intersting so anyway what i forget is that i believe about his religion i have a paper to prove that i become the same religion like him so this is important when they will ask him or it doesnt matter!!!!!!!! plz answer me who knows the answer

Don't worry about the religion issue.If he is asked, he can tell them the truth.Religion should not be an issue for him obtaining his visa.Trust me.Like I have said,if all your documents are in order,and there are no red flags in your case, and he does well at his interview,everything will be fine.Don't worry too much.

If you meen the interview at embassy dont ask alot of questions since you both proved evidences such photos of wedding , you and him together at some places having fun , actually they dont look at age difference if you both have difference age, or religion what else

No need to thank me.I know exactly how you feel,since I am going through a very uncertain time regarding my fiancee's visa.If I only knew what I know know about these consulate interviews,there is the possibility that I would have my sweetheart here in USA by now.But you know what they say" You learn as you go".The reason I am concerned about others about this process,is because I do not want to see anyone going through the same situation as mine is.
Keep your chin up!! I will say my prayers for you.Please do the same for me.
